Central College of Oriental Medicine (CCOM) shall admit students of any race, color or national origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color or national origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, internship programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs, nor shall it discriminate in any of the foregoing upon any grounds that would cause CCOM to be in violation of any applicable civil rights, human rights or other nondiscrimination ordinance, statute, regulation, policy or contractual requirement imposed by any applicable local, state or federal government or agency thereof.
